How to Delete Your Data

If you want to delete your data from DevProFlow or a Lumina Ecosystem product (including data shared via Meta sign-in), follow these steps:

Option 1: Email Request

  1. Send an email to [email protected]
  2. Use subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
  3. Include your registered email address
  4. We will process your request within 30 days

Option 2: Disconnect via Meta

  1. Go to Facebook Settings
  2. Click "Apps and Websites"
  3. Find "Lumina" in the list
  4. Click "Remove" to revoke access and delete data

What Gets Deleted

  • Your account information
  • Stored access tokens
  • Cached Instagram/Facebook data
  • Analytics history linked to your account
